We have at least as deep specialization in each area as the niche players, but our unique competitive advantage comes from that they are all designed to work together in a connected ecosystem that brings out the full power of our global presence, technology, and data and digitalization.
We sell these services in three different ways:
• Stand alone – Individual services sold and delivered independently within one business pillar to meet a defined client need. This is often the starting point of a client relationship.
• Cross- and upsell – Additional services introduced across business units, sold and delivered separately but coordinated to increase client value and efficiency.
• Integrated services – Services from multiple pillars designed and delivered together as one coordinated solution to address more complex client needs and optimize total cost of ownership.
