Developing yourself and others

You give and seek feedback regularly, continually coaching and supporting your team in their development. Leaders are responsible for making our strategy happen, which requires ownership and execution. You take responsibility for delivering results, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into business plans, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes.
You actively seek the voice of the client and draw inspiration from others to create new solutions and drive innovation. You encourage your team to be creative. With a healthy risk appetite, you pursue opportunities and foster a balanced, confident "fail fast, learn quickly" culture. You handle conflict constructively, collaborate across teams and business areas, and build alignment and support to bring out the full strength of Securitas.
